In this tutorial, we’re going to walk you step by step on how to save your Canva designs as a PDF document.
Step 1: Open Your Design
First, open the Canva design that you want to save as a PDF. If you’re not already signed in to your Canva account, you’ll need to do that first.
Step 2: Click the ‘Download’ Button
Once you’ve opened your design, look for the ‘Download’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Click on that button to open the download options.
Step 3: Select ‘PDF Print’ as the File Type
In the download options, you’ll see a dropdown menu under the label File type. Click on that dropdown menu and select ‘PDF Print’. This will ensure that your design is saved as a high-quality PDF that’s perfect for printing.
