How To Export Gmail Emails

Step 1: Open your Gmail Account

Start by logging into your Gmail account. Make sure to input your correct username and password.

You will then be asked to choose the file type for your email export, the frequency of the export, and the destination where you want the data delivered. Make your choices and click on “Create Export”.

Step 7: Download the Exported Emails

Once the export is ready, Google will send you a link to download your data. Simply click on the link and download the file to your local storage.
