Step 1: Download The Font
To get started, you need to download the font you wish to use. There are several online platforms that offer free fonts like Google Fonts, DaFont, and Font Squirrel. Remember to download a font that is free for commercial use if you’re working on a professional project. Once you have downloaded the font, it will usually be in a .zip file. Extract the .zip file to access the .ttf or .otf file of the font.
Step 2: Log In to Your Canva Account
Once you have your desired font file ready, go to the Canva website and sign in to your account. Note that uploading custom fonts is only available for Canva Pro, Canva for Enterprise, or Canva for Education users.
Step 3: Upload the Font
After logging in, click on the Brand kit tab from the homepage. Scroll down to find the Uploaded fonts section. Here, click on the Upload a font button. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the font file from your computer. Select the .ttf or .otf file you extracted earlier and click Open.
Step 4: Use the Font
