To start with, you need to log in to your Canva account. If you do not have one, signing up is quick, easy and free.

Step 2: Open Your Design

Once logged in, you’ll see your dashboard which contains your designs. Click on a design to open it.

Step 3: Select the Text

Now, you need to select the text whose font you wish to change. To do this, click on the text box that contains it. It will be highlighted once selected.

Changing Font in Canva via Code

For those who prefer to do things via code, I’m afraid Canva does not currently support HTML/CSS inputs directly into their platform. They have designed their tool to be as user-friendly and accessible as possible, and this means keeping the coding aspects hidden away. We hope that this will be a feature Canva can add in the future for those with coding knowledge.
