To view responses on Google Forms, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Google Forms by visiting forms.google.com.
  2. Select the form you want to view responses for.
  3. At the top of the form, click on Responses.

You’re now in the Responses tab. Here, you’ll find four sub-tabs labeled Summary, Question, Individual, and Explore.

Summary Tab

The Summary tab shows an overview of your collected responses. This data is presented in charts and graphs, which makes it easy to digest. You can also view the average completion time, and the total number of responses.

Question Tab

The Question tab provides a more detailed view of each individual question and its responses. You can get a great deal of insight from this data, including how many people chose each option in a multiple-choice question.

Individual Tab

The Individual tab allows you to view each submission one at a time. This is especially useful if you want to view or grade responses individually.

Explore Tab

The Explore tab offers a more detailed analysis of your data, including trends and patterns.

Exporting Your Data to Google Sheets

Google Forms also allows you to export your form responses to Google Sheets, where you can manipulate and analyze the data with more flexibility. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. In the Responses tab, click on the green Sheets icon. This will create a new Google Sheet in a new tab with all your form responses.
  2. If you want to link the responses to an existing sheet, click on the Sheets icon, then click on Select existing spreadsheet.
  3. Select the spreadsheet you want to link to and click Select.
