How To Make A Digital Planner On Google Slides

Keeping your tasks and events organized can be quite a hassle. With a digital planner, you have the ability to stay on top of your daily, weekly, or even monthly tasks with ease. Today, we will be teaching you how to create your own custom digital planner using Google Slides. So, let’s get started!

Step 1: Open Google Slides

First things first, you need access to Google Slides. If you have a Google account, you can access Google Slides by going to the Google Apps icon on the top right corner of your Google search page and selecting Slides. Or simply go to slides.google.com.

Step 2: Start a New Presentation

Once you are on Google Slides, create a new presentation by clicking on the “+ New Presentation” button.

Step 3: Choose a Suitable Page Setup

Now, we need to choose a suitable page setup for our planner. Go to the File menu > Page setup > Custom and set the dimensions to 8.5 x 11 inches (for a standard size).

Step 4: Design Your Planner

This is where the fun begins. You get to design your planner just the way you like it! You can add dates, tasks, goals, notes, or whatever else you need in your planner. You can do this by adding text boxes, shapes, lines, and even images. Play around with different fonts, colors, and styles to make it visually appealing.

Step 5: Save and Download

Once you are happy with your design, it’s time to save and download your digital planner. To do this, simply go to File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf). This allows you to use your planner on any device and even print it out if you want to.

Make It Interactive

If you want to take it a step further, you can make your digital planner interactive by adding links to different pages. Here’s how:

Step 1: Duplicate Slide

In your created planner, right-click on the slide in the sidebar and select Duplicate slide. This will create a new slide with the same layout as the original one.

Step 2: Add Link

On the original slide, highlight the text or select the object where you want to add a link. Right-click and select Link. In the Link section, select Slides in this presentation and choose the slide you wish to link. Click Apply.

And there you have it! Your very own custom digital planner created in Google Slides. By following these easy steps, you can create a digital planner that caters to your specific needs and style. Happy planning!
