Microsoft Teams is a popular collaboration tool that allows users to communicate and work together remotely. One of the features that makes Teams so useful is its ability to support video conferencing with multiple participants. However, by default, Teams only displays up to four participants at a time in the main window. If you want to see more people on your screen at once, you can enable large gallery view.
Step 1: Open Microsoft Teams

If you want to customize your view even further, you can click on the “More Options” button in the top right corner of the screen. From here, you can choose to display only the active speaker, or switch between different layouts for the meeting.
Enabling large gallery view in Microsoft Teams is a simple process that can make video conferencing much more efficient and enjoyable.
