Step 1: Install Canva Android
If you haven’t installed Canva Android on your device, you can download it from Google Play Store.
Step 2: Launch the Canva App
Once installed, launch the Canva app and sign in to your account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one within the app or online.
Step 3: Choose the Desired Template
Navigate the Canva app and select the template you want to use. If you wish to create a design from scratch, you can do so by choosing the custom dimensions option.
Step 4: Edit the Text
To change the font in your Canva design, click on the text box that you want to edit. A text editing toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: Open the Font Library
On the text editing toolbar, tap on the current font’s name. Doing this will open up Canva’s font library.
Step 6: Add a New Font
Scroll through the font library to find a new font or use the search bar to find a specific font. Once you’ve selected the desired font, it will automatically apply to your text.
Note:
It’s important to mention that the Canva Android app does not currently support uploading custom fonts. You can only use the fonts available in the Canva font library. However, if you wish to use custom fonts, you can do so on the Canva website via a computer.
