Clean Portfolio Layout Tutorial

This Adobe Photoshop tutorial will show you how to create a clean looking layout for your personal portfolio website. The effects use here are very simple and novice Photoshop users should be able to follow this tutorial fine. I will be using Adobe Photoshop CS2 for this tutorial. I plan to upgrade to CS3 later this week, so look for more CS3 tutorial in the future.

Replace Wordpress Search With Google Search Box

This tutorial will show you how to replace the default search built into Wordpress with a Google Search box through Google Adsense. Adding the Google Search box will help you make money from your website by showing advertisements in the search results. You are paid if a users clicks on an advertisement. The downside to Google Search is that when a user clicks an advertisement they will leave your site.

If you haven’t completed the first part of this tutorial you need to do that first. Part 1 is located here: Create a MySQL Database with cPanel and PhpAdmin. When you finish that tutorial, make sure you populate the database with a few entries.

Get Free Answers from Experts-Exchange

This tutorial will show you how to get free access to the paid support website Experts-Exchange. I will show you how to accomplish this using Firefox and the UserAgent switcher plug-in. I will give you a few examples of how to get free answers from this paid site. This solution has been known for a while, but as far as I know no one has writing a good step by step tutorial on how to implement it. I took it upon myself to do that. This may also work for other paid sites.
